"21" is an experimental rock album, and is coming of age story, based over the four seasons of the year.

Shedding guilt & self-doubt, our protagonist navigates new social groups, old & new love, musical experiences, and eye opening travel, to eventually find resolution in gratitude.

Originally released 15 years ago by Tonic Note Clan Chieftain (David Maitland) and his brother James Maitland.

This remaster is a celebration of the album's birthday and also Tonic Note's own birthday!
